Dingle lies to the south of the city of Liverpool. Dingle means a valley with woods. It has a working class history and the housing architecture is classic Liverpool terracing. So much so that Alan Bleasdale’s multi-award winning ‘Boys From The Blackstuff’ was filmed here.
As mentioned, Gerry Marsden, singer of Liverpool classics such as ‘Ferry Across The Mersey’ and ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ lived in Dingle. As did Beatles drummer Ringo Starr and Liverpool FC legend Robbie Fowler.
For arts, entertainment and leisure, Dingle has much to offer. There are green spaces nearby and lots of local pubs such as the Bleak House pub.
When time comes to leave Dingle and travel to other parts of the city, you can get around easily with our minibus or coach hire. Let us take you there.
Dingle Mount Church
One of Dingle’s oldest churches, it is popular with locals and busy every Sunday. Lots goes on here during the week as a myriad of community events entice the nearby residents inside.
Ancient Chapel Of Toxteth Park
A stunning stone and slate chapel that holds many treasures within. On arrival you will see the plaque to the Ancient Chapel Of Toxteth as the chapel used to be known. Inside there are treats like the octagonal cupola, gorgeous high-sided box pews and brass monuments.
Florence Institute For Boys
Known as The Florrie, this boys’ club was opened in 1890 as the country’s first ever youth club for boys. Poverty plus a lack of recreational opportunities was seen as a recipe for trouble by Sir Bernard Hall,a former mayor. Football, baseball, gymnastics and boxing were on the boys’ itinerary.
The boys often got outside with weekend camps on The Wirral and longer breaks in the Lake District. There was a need to get the boys away from the filth, grime and poor air quality of the inner city. An amazing space of which most Liverpudlians are rightly proud.
Dingle is well worth the trip. Everton, Allerton, Warrington and Manchester are super- easy to reach with our minibus and coach hire just a text away.

We were very pleased with the service we received. Our home is not easy to find but the driver had left plenty of time to follow our instructions when he phoned for help. He was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use and recommend this company again especially for groups of 6 and above.

My family were going out to Christmas dinner on Christmas Day. The price was fantastic to take 10 of us out including multiple pick up and drop offs. The driver Atif was extremely pleasant, prompt and accommodating. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Kind Regards, Stephanie International Business Manager.
