Springfield Park
A popular park that provides much needed green space to Knotty Ash locals. At one time this was the site of Springfield House, a huge residence of a wealthy Liverpool family.
By 1907 the land was taken over by the council to create a public space that is still popular to this day, especially the much used children’s playground. The death of Nelson is marked by an obelisk in the park.
